Hugues Gilbert has 35 years of experience in the space sector, including 20 years as a senior executive at the Canadian Space Agency – where he was notably Director General, Policy, Planning and External Relations, and Director, Astronauts, Life Sciences and Space Medicine.
Hugues has led numerous international initiatives, including the negotiation of treaties and cooperation agreements, the development of industrial partnerships and the deployment of diplomatic efforts aimed at ensuring the sustainable use of space. He also has extensive experience in the development of public policies and in the implementation of government programs.
